“I started out with Rick and the band back around 1995, when things were just getting started. One day, about 6 months prior to auditioning I had pinned up an index card with my info at Bizarre Guitars. I never expected anyone to actually call, but one day, Rick was on the other end of the phone, asking me to audition.

I got to play a lot of great shows with that core group and had a great time with our fans. Life happened, and my wife and I decided to move to Georgia which meant I had to leave the band behind. I hated to do that, but we wanted our kids to be raised in the small town country atmosphere we loved.

Through a series of events, almost 30 years later, we ended up back in Reno and ran into Rick and the band at a local pub. The rest is history. Little did I know I would be back in the saddle playing great country music with this talented band of brothers.”
